Vinyl Printing

Artwork is supplied by customers, recreated as outlines, then the design is cut from specialist vinyl using a CAD-Cutter. The excess vinyl is then weeded away and the remaining design is then heat-sealed onto the garment. Continuous improvements in the quality of printable vinyl on the market has resulted in an increase in the types of garment that are able to be printed including cotton, polycotton and nylon.

Here at Pulse, we can vinyl print an array of garments ranging from football kits, hi-vis clothing, rain jackets, hen/stag night tshirts and more.

This type of printing is perfect for small quantity printing orders containing one or two colours.

Prices vary according to the size and number of colours per design. A design with a large amount of different colours and/or tints is not recommended (customers with such requirements would be encouraged to use our transfer print or screen print service). Artwork would ideally be supplied as vector files but jpegs are also perfectly acceptable
