From Ipswich, take the A12 trunk road towards Colchester. At the Colchester roundabout, take the first exit onto the A120 towards Harwich. Follow the A120 to Horsley Cross roundabout [Water Tower] - Go straight over this roundabout towards Harwich, and then take the first turning on the right hand side to WIX. Go into Wix and turn right at the crossroads passed the Waggon Public House. Follow this road for approximately two miles until you come to Oak Business Park, Beaumont on the right hand side.
Situated approximately 16 kilometres (10 miles) from Colchester and 10 kilometres (6 miles) from Harwich, Oak Business Park is excellently located and only a short distance from the A120, which links the International Port of Harwich to Colchester and the A12.
